Brand Manager
On our headquarters in Zurzach - Switzerland we are looking for a Brand Manager.
The Position
Through a strong understanding of the female consumer become the category specialist within lingerie. Develop and implement the Triumph label/segment ( MISS TRIUMPH) product and price plan which drives sustainable & profitable growth inline with the GWF Brand Plan.
Through a strong understanding of the female consumer display a high level of product sensitivity for lingerie, fashion and apparel.
Understand the key technical dependencies of range planning, building product assortments,price and distribution architecture planning
Identify and build solid collaborative team working relationships across various levels of management and organization
Understand the dynamics of financial management, KPIs settings and building profit and revenue
Have an affinity for Building Brand Equity and the desire to work for a world class Brand Organisation
Display passion, energy and high level of drive in everything which is done
The Requirements
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Work experience as Brand Manager, Product Manager and/or in Retail Buying/merchandising – minimum 3-5 years working experience in fashion apparel business, preferable experience in product development for 1-2years, consumer insights across European fashion apparel business,
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Secondary school
- Vocational education/apprenticeship
- University Degree
- Bachelor
- Master
- Field of specialization: Economics/Marketing
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Language Skills: ENGLISH, German and other Languages great
IT proficiency: MS office, EXCEL, PPT, ACCESS, SAP basic knowledge
Other skills: drive energy & commitment, able to work in situations which may be ambiguous, good communication and interpersonal skills, team player
Mobility: strong flexibility
