Our approach

We understand that our primary business activity, lingerie production, has both climate and material impacts. We examine the materials used in our products, their circularity, and the production processes to ensure we are taking action at every stage of the product’s life to reduce our impacts.

Preferred Materials

We know our material impacts are the most significant among our activities. In 2020, we started our journey to reduce our impact on materials, swapping virgin materials for recycled or organic materials.

Circularity

We are keen to reduce our product impacts through product circularity by committing to integrating circular design principles into our products and business models. Given the complexity of our products, including diverse material blends and numerous components, we continually explore possibilities to enhance their circularity.

Traceability

2024 is an exciting year for us as we launch our pilot digital product passport program, bringing consumers closer to the story behind every product. This initiative focuses on transparency by tracing each product’s journey. A digital product passport (DPP) provides consumers with detailed information about a product’s lifecycle.

We have partnered with Vaayu, a leading carbon management tool, to develop data sets, address supplier questions, refine our tool’s interface, and enhance supply chain transparency. The Digital Product Passport is a game changer—it boosts transparency, improves traceability, and strengthens trust in our brand.

As we embark on our commitment to transparency in our product journey, we are prioritizing our European styles, where we have had the most impact among all regions.

2025

20% of our European styles will feature the Digital Product Passport.

2026

50% of our European styles will feature the Digital Product Passport.

2027

100% of our European  styles will feature the  Digital Product Passport.

While we are focusing on European styles, we will also begin working on Asian and Japanese styles as soon as possible. This milestone is a significant step in our journey toward greater product transparency. We’re excited to continue this mission and look forward to what lies ahead!
