We acknowledge and respect internationally recognized human rights protocols across our global operations and supply chain articulated in our Code of Conduct (CoC) in accordance with the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs).
Our commitment covers all internationally recognized human rights, including those contained in the International Labour Organization (ILO) core labor conventions.
Since 2012, we have been and are currently participating in the amfori Business Social Compliance Initiative, which supports companies in driving social compliance and improvements within the factories in their global supply chains. As an amfori BSCI participant, we endorse the amfori BSCI Code of Conduct and its implementation terms and cascade them through our supply chain. All business partners are required to sign and acknowledge compliance with the Triumph International Code of Conduct, Triumph Business Ethics Guidelines, and the amfori BSCI Code of Conduct.
Our suppliers
Ensuring comprehensive social and environmental compliance throughout our supply chain is our utmost priority. We continuously strive to enhance the transparency of our supply chain and have cultivated strong, longstanding partnerships with our suppliers. These relationships are built on trust, and we hold our suppliers to high standards in terms of producing top-quality products while adhering to our environmental and labor protocols.
Transparency is a key principle for us as it fosters accountability. We diligently monitor the environmental and human rights landscape within our supply chain to ensure our standards are met and consistently improved. We actively collaborate with all our production facilities to drive progress and pursue further advancements. By doing so, we remain committed to upholding our responsibilities and achieving our best practices objectives.
Our actions are guided by a set of core values, and our operational guidelines regarding social compliance and transparency are detailed in our Code of Conduct. We exclusively collaborate with suppliers who willingly accept and endorse our code of conduct, along with the amfori BSCI code of conduct, and demonstrate full commitment to its implementation as an ongoing process of improvement.
To ensure transparency, our suppliers are required to prominently display the code of conduct document within their premises, either in English or the preferred local language. We closely monitor the display and effective implementation of the code of conduct to uphold our standards and drive progress.
Grievance Mechanism and Worker’s Involvement
Our organisation has put effective grievance and whistle blowing monitoring system in place that can be adaptable for individuals and communities who may be adversely impacted by our organization’s activity.
We have set up an integrity hotline (integrity@triumph.com), which is an independent and confidential channel for receiving information relating to improper business conduct and/or issues relevant to our code of conduct. This channel is open to both Triumph employees as well as external stakeholders. In addition, our 3rd party suppliers can submit their grievance through the amfori platform.
